@thecourtyardsunninghillsl5 The Courtyard is within a horse’s neigh of Ascot. Fresh, relaxing and festooned with foliage. There’s plenty of veggie, vegan and gluten free options available.

@lemonandjinja our only fully plant based cafe, a Best Sustainable Business award winner in 2022. Stock up on food and essentials to go – or books, plant pots and clothing – or peruse the plant-based café menu for brunch, lunch or a speciality hot drink.

@rubyjeanstheparade with a slick new venue, they still tick the coffee and cake box but now have more indoor and outdoor seating, with breathing space for their imaginative menus to flourish. The brunch stacks pack a meaty (or vegan) punch, paprika-spiced Ottoman eggs come with harissa and sourdough and the corn fritters with lime and chilli vegan mayo are a small-plate favourite.

@walnuttreethwaite Vegetarians and vegans, hold your horses here. Jan Wise, way ahead of the curve, has been impressing everyone with her creative plant-based dishes for a decade. This lovingly refurbished pub retains its traditional vibe and Jan and her chefs’ food continues to sing; they know their flavours inside out and aren’t afraid to experiment with dishes from around the world.

@thecowsheddorset: The Courtyard Craft Centre is a lovely pop-in near Poole, brimming with interesting folk and fares including an ethical soap maker, a potter, an artisan woodworker and a chocolatier.

@dartsfarm: The food hall brims with locally reared, caught or made goodies including the bean-to-bar chocolate and homemade gelato from in-house chocolatier, Cow & Cacao.

This is a place for people who like people (and kids...and dogs) with an emphasis on old-fashioned service and good food done well.

@lemonandjinja our only fully plant based cafe, a Best Sustainable Business award winner in 2022. Stock up on food and essentials to go – or books, plant pots and clothing – or peruse the plant-based café menu for brunch, lunch or a speciality hot drink.

@rubyjeanstheparade with a slick new venue, they still tick the coffee and cake box but now have more indoor and outdoor seating, with breathing space for their imaginative menus to flourish. The brunch stacks pack a meaty (or vegan) punch, paprika-spiced Ottoman eggs come with harissa and sourdough and the corn fritters with lime and chilli vegan mayo are a small-plate favourite.

@walnuttreethwaite Vegetarians and vegans, hold your horses here. Jan Wise, way ahead of the curve, has been impressing everyone with her creative plant-based dishes for a decade. This lovingly refurbished pub retains its traditional vibe and Jan and her chefs’ food continues to sing; they know their flavours inside out and aren’t afraid to experiment with dishes from around the world.

@iainburnettchocolatier: Iain has won awards for his chocolates. Peer into the workshop to watch the team blend Perthshire cream with cocoa imported from São Tomé.

@thecowsheddorset: The Courtyard Craft Centre is a lovely pop-in near Poole, brimming with interesting folk and fares including an ethical soap maker, a potter, an artisan woodworker and a chocolatier.

@dartsfarm: The food hall brims with locally reared, caught or made goodies including the bean-to-bar chocolate and homemade gelato from in-house chocolatier, Cow & Cacao.

@thecourtyardsunninghillsl5: On sunny days, lounge in the courtyard garden - where there’s plenty of seating and dogs are welcome – and enjoy in their gluten free Belgian chocolate and walnut brownies. 😋
