Lunch on vegan-friendly barm cakes with fillings such as hummus, roasted red pepper and spiced carrot, or start the day with these ‘healthy’ waffles which switch bacon for berries (and lashing of cream).

A good selection of veggie dishes. They change regularly but might include chickpea and lemon soup and Moroccan spiced pancakes with poached egg, beetroot and avocado.
Based on the family’s organic veg farm, vegetables and herbs are picked from the field daily and conjured into lip-smacking feasts served at communal tables.
